About Betra, UAB
Experience on both sides of transport
Povilas Jaruševičius
With more than 15 years of experience in logistics and transport across the United States, Europe and global markets, I understand the practical demands of life behind the wheel and running a transport business.
I lead Betra, UAB, founded in 2017, helping drivers find suitable work and transport companies find experienced people. I speak Lithuanian, Russian, German and Italian, helping make conversations about work, expectations and contracts clearer.
Betra has held a German agency permit (Erlaubnis), issued in Kiel, since 2017. We recruit drivers for transport companies in Germany, Denmark and Sweden, with local VAN opportunities in Lithuania.

Your experience, preferred rotation and priorities matter. Whether you want to earn more, work in one place or find better base conditions, we help you compare suitable jobs with clear net pay and guide you through the application, HR conversation and contract process.

Tell us the trailer experience, start time, rotation and base conditions you need. We help match drivers to those requirements through driver rental, or discuss subcontracting with our truck as a separate arrangement.
